Core/Activities Meetings

Desert Adventures regularly holds core/activities meetings, usually at a member's home. The location of the meeting can vary each time. Meetings that are held at a member's home will have the address hidden. Be sure to register so that we know you will be attending. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the address. Please bring an appetizer or snack to share.

During this portion of the meeting, club officers and committee chairs discuss the running of the club.

During this portion of the meeting, the activities committee considers activity proposals, denies or approves them, and plan the ones they have approved. If you have an idea for a trip or activity, you can present it to the activities committee at the meeting.
